  • Other Governorates: 2 to 7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond the control of NewTech or the shipping provider.

  • Installation appointments will be scheduled with the customer after delivery or according to prior agreement.

  • Any additional charges will be communicated and approved before service is performed.

7. Failure to Receive an Order

  • If we are unable to contact the customer or if the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, NewTech reserves the right to cancel the order.
  • The customer may be responsible for any shipping charges or expenses already incurred by the company.
