Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges Within Fourteen (14) Days

In accordance with Article (17) of the Consumer Protection Law, customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund using the original payment method, provided that:

• The product is in its original condition.
• The product has not been used.
• No additional fees will be charged for the return or exchange.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, characteristics, packaging, or wrapping, or cannot be restored to their original condition.
• Perishable goods and products subject to rapid deterioration.
• Products that have been damaged, altered, or are no longer in their original condition due to consumer use.
• Custom-made or personalized products manufactured according to customer specifications, unless they contain a defect.
• Books, newspapers, magazines, software, and similar informational products.
• Jewelry and similar valuable items.
• Underwear and wedding dresses.

Returns & Exchanges Within Thirty (30) Days for Defective Products

In accordance with Article (21) of the Consumer Protection Law, customers may return or exchange products within 30 days if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product does not match the advertised specifications.
• The product has not been subjected to misuse or improper handling.

Eligible products may be exchanged or refunded in full using the original payment method without any additional charges.
